I worked in the nutrition field for the past 20 years and in several industries including hospitality, and Food Company.  I now work as an Assistant Professor in King Abdul-Aziz University. Before joining the academic flied I worked as a dietitian from 1989-1991 at King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital. Also ، From 1991-1993 I have worked as Nutritional Baby Food Advisors at Danish Saudi Diary Co.Ltd. Additionally, I have received some certificate of training courses as the Certificate of Achievement Venepuncture Procedures-2003. Awarded by Laboratory Haematology, Guy's & St Thomas, Hospital Trust London, Course in Statistical analysis used STATA 9.  Course in Statistical analysis used SPSS. Course in Statistical analysis used SPSS -2002.  And a certificate of completed Research Writing Procedures, All of them been awarded by London University-King's College London, UK. Certificate of course in Food Service Management in Hospital at King Abdul-Aziz Hospital awarded by the King Abdul-Aziz Hospital, KSA, and Certificate of completed Research Writing Procedures awarded by the University of King Abdul-Aziz University, KSA.
